refactor(v2.3.0): 全面架构优化与工程化清理

- 统一页面导入路径为 @/ 别名
- 精简 vite.config.ts 路径别名（仅保留 @/ → src/）
- 移除无效构建脚本 (build:mobile/desktop/ar, preview:https)
- 精简 index.html 冗余 DNS prefetch/preconnect
- 修复 index.css overflow-x 重复声明
- 修复 CHANGELOG.md v2.2.0 链接引用
- 修复 README.zh-CN.md 中文文档死链
- 移除 openspec/ 目录及相关 devDep/skills
- 移除 ESLint/.gitignore 中过时条目
- 同步版本号至 2.2.0
