I added documentation for CloudFront-backed S3 storage, Skills, Subagents, and the config/env updates needed for config v1.3.11, then added the v0.8.6-rc1 release changelog in the existing docs format.

• Added a CloudFront with S3 guide covering stable media links, signed cookies, signed downloads, cookie domains, cache invalidation, multi-region paths, IAM, and troubleshooting.
• Added CloudFront object-structure docs and a Config v1.3.11 changelog entry.
• Added Skills and Subagents feature pages, and linked them from Agents and feature navigation.
• Added the v0.8.6-rc1 changelog with highlights, categorized PR notes, new contributors, and compare link.
• Updated CDN, S3, Firebase, dotenv, logging, and LibreChat YAML config pages for CloudFront, capability defaults, CONSOLE_JSON_STRING_LENGTH, and current config examples.
• Updated docs navigation metadata.
