I refreshed the v0.8.6 docs updates against current docs main and regenerated the release changelog from the latest generated release notes.

• Added dotenv coverage for admin-panel redirect URLs, file logging control, OpenTelemetry tracing, session cookie secure overrides, and MCP streamable HTTP response limits.
• Documented new librechat.yaml fields for retention mode, per-server MCP proxy URLs, and model-spec badge row hiding.
• Added the config_v1.3.12 changelog entry and bumped example config versions to 1.3.12.
• Refreshed the v0.8.6 release changelog from the formatted temp-changelog.md, now covering the latest dev changes since v0.8.6-rc1.
• Updated admin panel, logging, Redis, and MCP reference pages with the related setup notes.
• Left detailed HyperDX RUM docs to docs: add HyperDX RUM configuration guide #585 and Bedrock profile/API-key auth coverage to 🪪 docs: Document Bedrock AWS Profile Credentials #584 to avoid duplicate docs.

• Confirmed docs: add APP_DESCRIPTION option and clarify APP_TITLE description. #543, docs: add OPENID_MAX_LOGOUT_URL_LENGTH environment variable #542, and docs: clientImageResize minFileSizeKB documentation #548 still have the same base-branch merge conflicts they already have against current main.
