Translate in weblate Question

Hi!
Is it normal in translation that the button to save translation is grayed out and only suggestion is available?
I added Arabic in the application and added in weblate in the page but I can't translate it is available with me only the suggestion button

Since there were several low-quality translations, the acceptance of translations was change in order to ensure higher quality: a translation is accepted only if it has been voted by two different translators. Just to be sure: can you actually submit translations or you can just vote?

I get what you mean.
I can vote only now in weblate
but I can give you a correct translation because I speak this language (Arabic)
And honestly it deserves support and spreading the application to other cultures
I will translate the application into Arabic if you allow.

Hi with this you mean a suggestion + 1 vote? or suggestion + 2 votes?

I'm not sure about this but in Weblate settings the votes field is 2 so I guess it's suggestion + 2 votes
