Quicker input of weights, reps and time

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The scrolling input mechanism a little slower as compared to keyboard input. Also there is no need for "0.01" is weights, as it adds a lot of time to get to "0.5", which I think is more common. See #12.

Describe the solution you would like

Speed of scrolling can be increased without loss of precision. Weights can be changed in steps of "0.05" to increased selection speed further.
