ltfsck crash reaching message 16421

Using ltfsck 2.4.8.0 on Windows via terminal, ltfsck crashes when displaying help information due to the message 16421

@piste-jp This issue was opened for the current branch https://github.com/LinearTapeFileSystem/ltfs/tree/v2.4.8-windows-support where IBM's SDE started supporting Windows platforms again.
