It looks like Skeleton Text (which that graph above) depends on is the culprit.

Solved by reverting skeleton text (lb:skeleton-text) to an earlier version then slightly modifying it not to clip. I ultimately don't know what the problem was but that solved it. Maybe one day when I'm not lazy I'm come back and find out what node or code triggered it
