- reqwest 0.12 → 0.13 (rustls-tls → rustls)
- thiserror 1 → 2 (ccs-proxy)
- criterion 0.5 → 0.8 (ccs-proxy dev)
- tokio pinned to 1.52.3 with per-crate feature subset (drop "full"):
  cc-switch: rt-multi-thread, macros, net, sync, signal, time
  ccs-proxy: rt-multi-thread, macros, net, sync, signal, fs
- ccs-proxy 0.1.0 → 0.1.1
