test: drop noisy podman env defaults notes from tools/run-unit-tests

The rootless-podman defaults (DOCKER_HOST socket and
TESTCONTAINERS_RYUK_DISABLED) are documented in CONTRIBUTING.md, so
announcing them on every container-test run is just noise.
