By using the open-source version, you agree to abide by the following agreements. Terms updated: 2026-03-30

1. The open-source version may not be used for any unauthorized commercial purposes.

2. The open-source version may not be used to tamper with the logo or name.

3. The open-source version may not be used to modify the contributor list.

4. The open-source version may not be used for any activities that violate local laws and regulations; otherwise, you will be solely responsible for the consequences, and I will bear no responsibility whatsoever.

5. The open-source version may not be used for any acts of tampering, face swapping, or style manipulation; otherwise, you and the platform you are using will bear the relevant responsibilities.

6. Any illegal activities are unrelated to me; you should abide by the relevant regulations.

7. The company may modify the code for internal use.

8. Individuals may modify the code for personal use, but the functionality must be legal and compliant.

9. No individual or company may sell the software, but we reserve the right to share it and create accompanying courses (course-related software).

10. Any act of tampering with the logo or the open-source version will result in the pursuit of at least five times the profits earned.

11. Users can modify the code for commercial video production and projects, but may not modify [LOGO][Software Name][About Page].

12. Users can modify the code, fix functions, and develop new modules, and can choose whether to submit them. However, they may not modify [LOGO][Software Name][About Page].

13. Anyone can package the software for personal or company use. However, they may not modify [LOGO][Software Name][About Page].

14. Any act of tampering with [LOGO][Software Name][About Page] will be subject to liability for damages of 5 times the profits earned, in accordance with this agreement.

15. If no profit is generated, but [LOGO][Software Name][About Page] has been modified for other commercial activities, such as selling courses, teaching, or media company cultural promotion, then compensation will be calculated at 100,000.

16. Your modified version cannot be released casually; it can only be provided to you and your company for your own research and research purposes.

17. You are welcome to participate in code development and independent research. However, if you only modify the source code, it can only be used by yourself and your company.
