docs(gh-pages): add Moonlight Tizen to clients

Description

This PR adds the Moonlight Tizen community client to the "Clients" list in clients.yml. This will make the Samsung Tizen TV app visible as a client on the official Sunshine page.

Moonlight Tizen is a new and active community client that allows users to stream to Samsung Tizen TVs natively. Including it in the documentation helps users discover it easily alongside other community clients like LG webOS TV and Moonlight Switch.
