Pwning Using Another iOS Device

• You can use another iOS device that is jailbroken to put your target device in pwned DFU mode.
• This can be very useful if you do not have a Mac but have a spare iOS device on hand.
• This method can be used for iPhone 4, A6(X), and A7 devices.

• In the picture, the iPhone 6 is the host device where iPwnder Lite is installed and USB lightning to camera adapter is plugged in. It is jailbroken with Chimera/Odysseyra1n.
• The iPad mini 2 is the target device I will be pwning with checkm8, plugged into the iPhone 6 via the USB adapter with a lightning cable. I have also placed it in DFU mode.

1. On your host device, install iPwnder Lite, and follow the setup in the picture above
   • Get iPwnder Lite from my repo: https://lukezgd.github.io/repo
2. Install and open NewTerm or MTerminal on the host device
3. Run the command ipwnder_lite -p
4. If successful, this will put the target device in pwned DFU mode with checkm8

• iPwnder Lite should work on most jailbreaks
• Also tested successfully on palera1n "Rootful" (Rootless will not work, even when converted with Derootifier)
