Chapter 03: Add ImageNet-1k version of the benchmark

In #101 I suggested to remove the ImageNet-1k scripts as they are outdated and require significant work. Downloading should be done a bit differently now that ImageNet-1k is on Huggingface; see https://huggingface.co/datasets/ILSVRC/imagenet-1k. I think it would be good to still have a version of the benchmark for a "large" dataset like ImageNet-1k.

I was under the impression that the examples use a subset of ImageNet called "Tiny ImageNet". This also appears to be available on HuggingFace, and the repo is not gated.

There is no official repository and using third party repositories causes risks. The https://huggingface.co/datasets/ILSVRC/imagenet-1k repository is official.
