Regenerate AGENTS.md for rc2

The bundled ``src/openarmature/AGENTS.md`` embeds the package version
in its header, so the drift test rejected the rc1 banner after the
version pin moved to ``0.11.0rc2``. Re-ran ``scripts/build_agents_md.py``.
