#### Translation of all settings and fixes

This small patch will bring the translation of all settings in the admin panel.
However, the supported language at the moment are only English and French.

#### Most notable changes

* `new` #3812 : Support settings translations keys by @ildyria.
* `fix` #3813 : Fix groups not loading in share dialog by @ildyria.
