Extract Organize Models dialog strings for localization

Pull all hardcoded user-facing strings in the Organize Models dialog
out into Resources.resx so they can be translated. Adds 20 new keys
covering the title, description, naming pattern label, status labels,
filter chip tooltips, metadata banner, action buttons, and the
unchanged-count and pattern-preview templates. The status text on
each preview item now flows through Resources too.
