Add profile maturity notes for synthetic-otlp, minimal-production-eval, and otel-demo.
Definition of Done
- Docs define maturity states for each profile.
- The matrix records which profile proves chart rendering, live OTLP ingest, artifact handoff, Sheaft batch, Sheaft serve, metrics, and pinned-image startup.
- Troubleshooting notes cover image pull failures, collector routing, and missing artifact handoff.
- The profile docs link back to the matrix.
