voxy chunks very dark with resource pack pixlli 26.1.2 AND ice weird render

i only have sodium fabric api and voxy and any flat area on superflat worlds appear super dark with pixlli resource pack. any block thats not grass doesnt have this problem. rtx 4080 11900k i9 16gb ddr4 ram

even without any resource pack this is what ice looks like
