- Transpilation to postgres/duckdb working
- updated sqlglot to 30.1.*
- removed a lot of unnecessary code which is now natively handled by sqlglot
- Hidden fix here - some of the date deltas were mismatched (BigQuery would give integers, duckdb would give fractional values - now harmonized to both give integers)
- added tests verifying the transpilation does what we want for various code constructs
- Update duckdb concepts and postgres concepts using transpilation
- lots of code changes, all auto-generated by transpilation
- Update READMEs
- Fix text/links in root README.md
- Updated transpilation instructions in mimic-iv/README.md
- Concept fixes
- Fix first_day_sofa.sql to use only arterial samples in PaO2:FiO2 calculation (fixes Questions about respiratory system scores in first_day_sofa.sql and sofa.sql #1806 and fixes Questions regarding the calculation of the Respiration SOFA subscores #1815)
- Ventilation query now uses other o2 devices to decide on NIV (fixes issue mentioned in How to determine if a patient has NIV or Invasive ventilation when ventilator is not a Hamilton #1446)
