Credentialing reference email blocked - MIT/SCUT mail server mutual rejection

Hi PhysioNet team,

I submitted my credentialing application on June 10, 2026 (username: manwalee).

I discovered that emails between scut.edu.cn (South China University of Technology) and mit.edu are mutually blocked (SMTP error 550 5.4.1). I also confirmed that sysu.edu.cn (Sun Yat-sen University) has the same issue.

I have sent an email to contact@physionet.org with details. Could you please:

1. Check if my reference confirmation email was delivered to lyliangzh@scut.edu.cn
2. If not, resend from noreply@physionet.org or provide alternative verification
3. Note that multiple Chinese institutional email domains may be affected
