Why isn't this merged. It sits here for quite a time now, and it doesn't need any changes, at least it's not said anywhere that changes are needed. |

I love the idea of sort or view apps by tags. It's possible to see a last group of icons that are "untagged apps"? |

New Alphabet Scroller that works both in grid mode and list mode. May still need some UI work but basics are there.
Tags can be accessed in scroller by holding * button.
Also part of this is a new layout for tags - they now appear at the top of the quick access.
** Codex was used to assist in this; still need to validate some of the code
