Store Selected Theme on LocalStorage

Store selected theme (light or dark) on local storage in order to always retrieve the last selected theme

The issue only happens in the first access. Steps:

1 - clear browser full history;
2 - access project;
3 - change theme to dark mode;
4 - reload the page or close and re-open the tab;
5 - the light theme will be applied rather than dark mode
