The conductance calculation for vertical hfbs was incorrect adding the average horizontal thickness and multiplying this value by the cell area, since FAHL is the cell area for vertical connections. Modified conductance calculations for vertical connections (IVC=1) to set THKAVG to 1.0 and calculate the correct conductance for vertical connections.
