* In ./src/core_atmosphere/physics:
 -> in ./physics_mmm, added the first version of the CCPP-compliant parameterization of the WSM6 cloud microphysics parameterization (MP; mp_wsm6.F), including the calculation of the effective radius of cloud water, cloud ice, and snow, and the calculation of the 10 cm radar reflectivities. modified Makefile accordingly. -> in ./physics_wrf, modified module_mp_wsm6.F to call mp_wsm6.F. modified Makefile accordingly. -> in mpas_atmphys_constants.F, added the variables re_qc_bg, re_qi_bg, and re_qs_bg which are background values of the effective radius of cloud water, cloud ice, and snow. also added the variables re_qc_max, re_qi_max,re_qs_max which are maximum values allowed for the effective radius of cloud water, cloud ice, and snow. -> modified mpas_atmphys_driver_microphysics.F to reflect changes made in the call to wsm6. * In ./src/core_atmosphere/physics/mpas_atmphys_driver_microphysics.F, added declaration of errmsg and errflg in subroutine driver_microphysics.
