Summary

Track external dependencies needed to fully roll out the issue type policy across organizations and repositories.

Context

The policy is:

• Task (green)
• PBI (blue)
• Epic (purple)

A successful rollout may depend on configuration and permissions outside this repository, especially in PSModule/GitHub administration surfaces.

Dependency areas to confirm

1. Required organization permissions to manage issue types.
2. Whether PSModule org/repositories must mirror the same issue type catalog.
3. Any GitHub feature/plan constraints that affect issue-type availability.
4. Cross-org governance alignment (MSXOrg + PSModule) for naming/colors.

Deliverables

• Document confirmed dependencies and owners.
• List concrete implementation steps per org/repo.
• Identify blockers and escalation path.

Acceptance criteria

1. Dependency checklist is complete and validated with org admins.
2. Owners are assigned for each dependency item.
3. Rollout can proceed without unknown external blockers.
