Summary

  • Added centered badge row (PyPI, Python versions, platform, license, arXiv)
  • Added Prerequisites section with macOS Accessibility permission steps — absence of this is the Extract multiple windows + dock and menu accessibilities #1 cause of silent failures for new users
  • Separated Python API docs and CLI docs into clearly labeled sections
  • CLI flags are now a proper table instead of prose
  • Output files documented as a table
  • Removed the confusing "Output" block that described Python API return values under the CLI heading
  • Added Contributing reference and Citation section

  • Render README preview on GitHub — badges, tables, and code blocks display correctly
  • All anchor links resolve
