This is split off from another pull request. Here I added a function "weightedRegularity Module" to Depth.m2, a variant of regularity suggested by Peter Symonds for graded rings with generators in different degrees. I also updated the Depth and TestIdeals packages to use Complexes, not OldChainComplexes.
