Objective

Context-preserving handoff engine for the NEXUS pipeline. Generates standardized handoff documents, QA verdicts (PASS/FAIL), escalation reports, and phase gate transitions.

Acceptance Criteria

  • CT-1: test_basic_handoff — generate_handoff produz metadata com from/to/phase/task_reference/priority e acceptance_criteria
  • CT-2: test_pass_verdict — generate_qa_verdict PASS define verdict=PASS, todos os criterios como passed, e next_action
  • CT-3: test_fail_verdict_with_issues — generate_qa_verdict FAIL inclui issues com category/severity/expected/actual/fix e retry_instructions
  • CT-4: test_escalation_report — generate_escalation com 3 falhas produz root_cause_analysis, >=3 resolution_options, e impact_assessment com blocking
