Stage 1: Audit and Consolidation - Task Breakdown

  • Conduct audit of all existing repositories in the organization: Inventory subdirs/repos, check .gitmodules for submodules, summarize structures.
  • Evaluate current state of licenses, file structures, and dependencies: Read LICENSE files, package.json/composer.json across root and key subdirs.
  • Create mono-repo (marinamoda-quantum-stack) with pulled submodules: Check if already mono-repo; initialize/consolidate if needed; pull/update submodules via Git.
  • Introduce naming standards for packages, branches, commits (Conventional Commits): Create .naming-standards.md.
  • Set up GitHub Projects with Kanban board: Audit → Dev → Test → Deploy: Use GitHub CLI to create board.
  • Implement ISSUE_TEMPLATE and PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE: Create .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ and .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE/ with Markdown templates.
  • Establish common LICENSE, CODE_OF_CONDUCT, CONTRIBUTING.md: Ensure consistency across root and subdirs; copy/update as needed.
