[Feature request] Default grade of 0 on test timeout

I've got a set of custom automatic tests, which may timeout due to the student's code timing out on the test. This leaves an incomplete assignment, which is less than desirable as we have to go back and assign a 0 to that test manually. Is it possible to have Markus automatically assign a grade of 0 on a timed out test?

MarkUs does not currently assign a grade of 0 on a timed-out test. From the perspective of MarkUs, a timeout is an "Error" state rather than a "Failure" state. Because the process is terminated before it can report results, MarkUs treats the run as incomplete and assigns no marks.

To automate the 0 grade, a suggestion is to have the instructor script manage the timeout internally (e.g., using a subprocess timeout in Python). This allows the script to catch the timeout event and explicitly output a "Fail" result with 0 marks before exiting gracefully.
