Summary tab in a remark request doesn't show old marks correctly

I've noticed two issues.  First the total for the old mark doesn't show correctly. In the attached image it is 0.

Second, I would have expected clicking on "Old Mark" to show the criteria in the order they are found in the marking scheme, but instead it sorts them.
