platformAuthenticatorIsAvailable always returns false despite phone appearing correctly configured.

Hello!

I have a client who is unable to register despite everything appearing to be correctly configured.

According to them:

• They have biometric authentication enabled (Face ID)
• They have iCloud Keychain enabled
• They are using a supported browser (Safari)
• They have a recent phone (last iPhone Pro)

Despite this, platformAuthenticatorIsAvailable always returns false at the end.

This was confirmed when I asked the client to check whether their phone supports WebAuthn using the following link provide by WebAuthn: https://www.webauthn.me/browser-support

I'm running out of ideas, could you list me the possible reasons about why they are unable to register?
