I have a small follow on PR with some behavior fixes while testing this. But this PR looks good to me.

Simply switching out the content of the colorzone doesn't work, because the
ControlTemplatecontains triggers which reference nested elements inside of the colorzone.I couldn't find an easy way around that, so I now opted for the following approach:
Split the
MaterialDesignTabControlBaseinto 2 dedicated templates (ScrollingTabControlTemplateandWrappingTabControlTemplate). TheMaterialDesignTabControlBasethen switches it's own template to the one of the above, based on the AP.
