Remove cnPDEu0 from partialDiffEqs.mlx

1) Comment out lines 61-67 that called cnPDEu0
2) Rewrite Exercise 6 to clearly indicate that cnPDEu0 is to be created
   by the student and that testing their new function should be done by
   uncommenting lines 61-67 and running them.
