AAPT: error: attribute android:protectionLevel not found

I am getting this error while building application, declaration in manifest protectioLevel:"signature" not found.

I also face this problem currently .Anyone know what wrong and the solution?

I had add inside the androidmanifest.xml , then when compile it and this AAPT error come out .
