Double square internal link can't strikethrough

For the following markdown content:

~~[[file.md]] foo~~

The [[file.md]] will not have strikethrough. Please check the following screenshot:

[MeanderingProgrammer]

That was expected based on the way we handled wiki links. I've improved this here: 7b1b15f, and it should work how you would expect now.
