Code block no longer show the symbol and lanugage at top block? How to fix.

I recently noticed that the symbol and language are now hidden when in render mode and only show when I place my cursor on the line with the header. Also, the language symbol is now showing in the diagnostics location rather than in the body of the buffer. How do I get the prior behavior where the symbol and lanugage were visible at the top of the code block?

It looks like the default settings have style = full and I do not see anything that suggests hiding the header of the code block. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
