Adds a
-project <uuid>flag as an alternative to positionalPROJECT_NAME+VERSIONargs. Works with all existing flags (-upload,-list,-clean,-latest,-ci).When set, upload sends the
project=<uuid>form field (already supported by the DT API); lifecycle operations resolve the UUID to name+version first, then proceed as before.Closes #5
