The VCSCOMMIT_NOTIFY process allow to send messages to irc-channel, it accepts 'msg' as parameter and sends message to channel that is configured in the process file.
There is no way to send message to other channel if needed
Solution:
Accept "log_channel" as parameter and if it is not passed use default value.
