Bluetooth GPS support appears to be a dead-end for iOS. Most high-end devices support network position provision instead.

Acceptance criteria:

• The mobile app can connect to a receiver via IP address+Port connection
• The app shows that the position source is external - it shows the receiver nickname
• Variable @position_provider_type says "external" when using the new position source
• The solution follows the Figma designs
• After the device is connected, it should work the same as Bluetooth in terms of functionality - reconnection, heights transformation, works offline (no mobile data)...
• The provider is available for Android + iOS
