Add Hive Civilization to Ecosystem

Adds Hive Civilization to the Ecosystem section.

Hive is a 52-service x402-wired agent fleet on Base mainnet (treasury 0x15184bf50b3d3f52b60434f8942b7d52f2eb436e). It uses USDC EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization for settlement following the canonical x402 spec, with ~800ms response times and free-discovery + paid-call patterns across construction compliance (ICC-ES), seismic data (USGS), housing starts (FRED), agent reputation (HiveTrust), MEV gradient, and ZK attestations.
