Adds two live, production x402 APIs (USDC on Base, no API key) to Ecosystem:
eth_callbuy+sell simulation (no third-party data; auditable). $0.01/call.Both expose free
/sample,/llms.txt,/.well-known/x402, and a discoverable 402 challenge.
