[Bug]: Gas sponsorship - "paid by metamask" info is shown on the Send MON activity log transaction - edge case

Describe the bug

Expected result:
With HW, we don't support gas sponsorship for MON network. In the activity log, in the transaction details the gas fee should be shown for the Send transaction on the Mon network.

Actual result:
In the activity log, in the transaction details, the "paid by metamask" info is shown for the Send transaction on the Mon network for a while.

Environment:

Device: MacBook Pro M4 ; macOS Tahoe 26.3.1
Chrome version: 146
MM 13.25.0

Steps to reproduce

• connect MM with any HW
• send MON
• in the activity log, select the transaction
• notice there is "paid by metamask" info in the network fee field - issue
• after few mins, in the activity log, select the transaction again 
• notice the gas fee is shown as expected - works as expected
