[Bug]: Gas sponsorship - Gas sponsorship label is shown on swap if more than max amount is entered on Mon/Sei

Describe the bug

Expected result:

With HW, we don't support gas sponsorship for MON or SEI network. In the swap quote screen, the gas fee should be shown for the Swap transaction on the MON or SEI network.

Actual result:

In the swap quote screen, the "paid by metamask" info is shown on the Mon and Sei network.

Environment - iOS:

Device: iPhone 12 ; iOS 26.4.1
MM version: 7.76.0 build 4836

Environment - Android:

Device: Samsung Galaxy S22 ; Android 16
MM version: 7.76.0 build 4836
