Two related issues with discrete questions:
In groups they have this weird collapsed y axis which I don't think we should show / is very confusing (screenshot 1)
This y axis also shows in the feed / in general and I don't think it's very legible what it is or why it's there (screenshot 2). I'd suggest it would be better to just show the distribution without that axis and let the median and range do the talking like on regular continuous questions in the feed.
