Why powershell? Integrate with oss-fuzz?

Why does it need to use powershell script, especially on Linux? Any plan to integrate with https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz ?

You can use it with Bash (provided that you write your own scripts). I can PR/share the scripts I’ve been using.
