Summary

run submitted strategy code through worker sandbox by default
keep existing direct strategy_path flow as trusted local execution
add API test for submit -> run flow and disk persistence

Validation

scripts/demo.sh
python -m pytest -q tests/test_sandbox.py tests/test_api_submission.py
