Remove release slide

Release infos feel wrong at this position. Better to have some general info about DietPi here. Same with beta info: those who use DietPi already will usually use different channels: forum, GitHub, MOTD, etc.

Eventually, I plan to remove the slider completely, removing it with a static short and clean DietPi description. There are actually people who do not cope well with such larger animations, especially these parallax effects. Some get headache and/or nausea from such, so this is also a matter of accessibility.
