can't add new users on "users & teams" on "https://app.bottlecrm.io/"

when I try to add a new user on "Add New Member" I put either an existing email or an nonexisting email account, with any role, it fails when calling "https://app.bottlecrm.io/users?/add_user" with a 500 error but no error trace is returned

maybe "https://app.bottlecrm.io/users?/add_user" is malformed. maybe this error is fixed on new versions but currently is not deployed o the site.
