Delete Option Not Working in Task List

After creating a new task, when navigating to the task list, the delete option does not working. Clicking the delete icon/button no effect.

Steps :

1.Login to the application.

2.Create a new task using the "Create Task" option.

3.Navigate to the "Task List" page.

4.Locate the newly created task.

5.Click on the delete button/icon associated with the task.

6.Observe that the task is not deleted.
